Macbor sets its sights on the Alps for the 100 Colls France
07-08-2026This year, 100 Colls comes back stronger than ever — and crosses the border! After five editions, the challenge moves to the French Alps, expanding its territory. The goal, though, remains the same: climb as many mountains passes as possible in 48 hours, powered by pure adrenaline.
The Macbor team will be there with four riders, all mounted on our Montana XR5 510, including Gerard Ferré, who's already deep in preparation for the challenge.
When and how does it work?
The event runs from Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 13.
Riders are free to choose their own path: each participant decides where to start, how to plan their route, and which passes to link together, using the official map with the list of passes and their point values, alongside their own navigation method of choice — GPS, paper maps, or a roadbook. Whatever route they take, all riders converge on Sunday at the same meeting point: Ô Lac, just outside Valence.
The organizers provide a tracker to log completed passes in real time: the more passes they log, the more points they score.
Our team is already dialing in their strategy and counting down the days. September is just around the corner, bringing with it a weekend full of hairpin turns, high altitude, and serious adrenaline.
